It's really happening!

It's official peeps... our house is FOR SALE! So, spread the word and let get this thing sold. We are keeping our fingers crossed that it moves by the end of the Summer. We will be starting Olivia at Muir Elementary School in Bountiful for Second grade. We have been very busy in getting it ready to show. We still have LOADS to do... but it's nice to know how much we have accomplished. Josh was amazing while we were gone to Portland and finished the cat room. It looks stunning! It is no longer the cat room and is officially the computer room(sitting in it now)! It's beautiful and I'm so grateful for all his hard work and Ginger Mom for all her help in getting it finished. Ginger Mom sacrificed her Sunday to help Josh paint.
On a fun note. Mommy, the girls and I had a great time visiting Matras in Portland. We hung out a lot, shopped even more and enjoyed what Portland had to offer. We spent time at the Rose Gardens, The Portland Zoo and Saturdays Market. We watched movies and made dinner a few nights at Matras' house. It was a great trip... but I'm happy to be home. The girls did AMAZING in the car and I'm so proud of them with such a long trip. Jorja is getting pretty darn good at this Potty training stuff!
After being home for less than two days, packed the girls back up and Josh went with his family to Montana to visit his Brother Jared and clan. I was the only one not there and I'm so sad I missed out on the fun! They had a great time playing and visiting with all the cousins!
Tomorrow is Olivia's last day of school and I'm so excited or Summer! To have her home and be together as a family is going to be wonderful! It's going to be busy... but good! Josh is still trucking right along with his classes. He only has a couple more weeks left before he starts his other two classes for the Summer. Busy busy busy!

Catch UP!
Goodness... I am falling far behind when it comes to blogging. I need to be better. One reason I started this blog was for my children. To help keep a record of what is going on in our lives, since I hardly journal anymore. I am not doing a very good job since 2010 started. I would like to be better. I must take time to blog instead of playing of FACEBOOK... which I dislike anyway. Sorry everyone for being so spastic in my blogging.
I basically have all of March and April to catch up on... and May is already here! Ahh! It's been busy people and so much has changed. Well, here we go, hold on tight! Lots of information to go through!
March:
March seemed to fly by! I had started a post for March and promise to finish adding the pictures. So see previous post for March Update.
April:
Busy busy busy! We started off April with loads of fun over Easter weekend! Mom and Cindy did lots of plotting to get us all together. It was our tradition growing up to spend Easter with each others family. Every other year going to the others house. We decided to once again to spend Easter together and have a reunion. It was so much fun getting together with the Behunin Clan! I love those people so very much. It was a whole new ball game with all the little kids around. 10 kids under the age of seven. We were spoiled when the grandparents told us they had rented a huge house in Draper to stay in for the weekend. We were all able to stay and play under one roof!

We had a big Easter Egg hunt, ate way too much, some watched conference, some watched movies, and some soaked in the hot tub. All the kids played and played! The adults exchanged Easter Baskets which was so fun. We had a ten dollar limit and it was great to see everyone get creative to fill them. We are very lucky that we could spend such quality time together. Even if miss Sadie got so sick! Sorry sweetie!

It was great fun to have Olivia home over Spring Break. I love having her home with me. We spent some good time at the library, going twice that week. The girls had a sleep over with Grandma Launi while I was working one night. Jorja loved having her home to play with every day. It made me very excited for Summer Break.
Olivia lost TWO teeth in April. She was snaggle tooth girl there for a bit!
Monday after Easter
Jorja started potty training at the end of April. She's doing OK. She is only going about 50% of the time in the toilet and the other in her pants. Keeping my fingers crossed that by the end of May she will totally be going in the toilet. We shall see! She is growing up too fast! She is talking up a storm, chatter chatter chatter!
Josh made a big decision. He applied to school at Weber State University. That decision brings a lot of change for our family. I am very proud of him for making such a difficult decision. School was never his favorite thing. Though, not working has made him think of all his work decisions from the past. He truly wants a career, something stable that he can work and retire from. It dawned on him after not working that first month that his shoulder no longer hurts him. That when he does retire he doesn't want to be a physical mess. If he stays in construction he will be. He quickly did everything he needed to get into school and Weber accepted him for Summer Semester with his Major being Information Technology. It has been a busy road.
May:
Josh started school this week. His first classes were on Tuesday the 4th. He is taking 12 credits this Summer. This first block he only has two... then picks up his other two classes at the end of June. He is taking Math, Communications, English and a Computer class. Come June he will have classes Monday-Thursday. He is still looking for a job... with not much luck. Applying to a few new ones each week. Which gets harder and harder with his school schedule. With Josh needing to dedicate himself to his schooling and not being able to find a steady job yet. We made a big decision to sell our house. We are going to have our house on the market by the 1st of June. We have humbly asked our Mothers for help and they have been very gracious. We will be moving in with my Mommy in Bountiful when the house sells and the cats will be going to Ginger Moms house. We are in the middle of chaos trying to decide what needs to go, what needs to move and what needs to be stored. Josh is still finishing the cat room and is getting close to painting. We have been working hard in the yard to make it nice. We have some mad cleaning to do and lots of things to move, at our house and Mom's house. It's going to be a busy month! We have a lot to do to get it ready and get the best value out of the house. It's very sad for me to see it go... to start packing our personal belongings away and make it more generic. I love my little house, but it's time to step back and simplify to meet the goals for my family. This gives Josh the flexibility to focus on school and not have to work full time. For him to be able to find something more flexible and part time while he finishes school.
Olivia is very excited to move back in with Grandma Launi but sad to be leaving her school she loves so much. But, she wont be alone when we start school in the Fall in Bountiful. Moms next door neighbor has a little boy the same age as Olivia, his name is Nick. They are already vast friends and she is excited to see him more and walk home with him every day from school.
FYI... Josh has listed his 1988 Toyota truck on KSL if anyone is interested. It was a hard decision for him to sell his baby. But, he doesn't have the time, money or space for it once we move.
We will also be playing a lot this month of May. On the 19th Mom, the girls and I are driving to Portland, OR to visit Uncle Matras. With school Josh can no longer come with us. But, two days after we get home. Josh is packing the girls back up to visit his brother and family in Montana over Memorial weekend. I will be home working, sniff sniff. Lots to do before we head out of town.
Had to sneak in a picture of my cute new hair cut. Mommy spoiled me for my Birthday and paid to have it cut. Loving it! I had a great Birthday too... thanks to everyone for making me feel so loved!
That's the quick... and longer then I thought version of what is going on in our lives. Now that the decision to move had been made,I hope everything moves fast. It will be nice to not stress so much about not knowing what to do with the house when our savings runs out. We don't need that kind of stress with school. Time to move on before we do get into a pickle.
